Spine-Ability is in-network with most major health insurance plans. When you call to schedule, our front desk team will collect your insurance information and verify benefits before you arrive. We confirm your chiropractic coverage, visit limits, deductible status, copay, and any prior-authorization requirements, then walk you through exactly what to expect at check-in.

If you have a deductible that has not been met, we will explain your estimated out-of-pocket cost for each visit in plain English. If your plan limits chiropractic visits per year, we will design your care plan to maximize results within those limits. If your plan does not cover chiropractic, we offer competitive self-pay rates so you can still get the care you need.

Plans we commonly file with include BCBS of Florida, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Florida Blue, Medicare Part B, Tricare, and many Florida Marketplace plans. If your plan is not listed, call us, there is a good chance we can still work with it or process an out-of-network claim on your behalf.

If you were recently in an auto accident, Florida Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is the part of your auto insurance policy that covers medical care, including chiropractic, regardless of who was at fault. Under Florida Statute 627.736, PIP provides up to $10,000 in coverage per accident and pays 80 percent of reasonable and necessary medical bills.

The most important rule: you must be seen by a qualifying medical provider within 14 days of the accident to access your full PIP benefits. Miss the 14-day window and your benefits can be drastically reduced or denied. Spine-Ability offers same-day or next-business-day appointments for auto injury patients so you never lose your PIP eligibility.

We handle the PIP paperwork from start to finish. You sign an assignment of benefits at your first visit, and our billing coordinator files directly with your auto insurance carrier.
